Why I Created The Calm Creative Mum

I’ve been many things—a daughter, a mother, a woman in recovery, a woman rebuilding.
I’ve lived with narcolepsy, navigated grief, survived addiction, and lost my mum far too young. There were years when I felt like I was disappearing inside the roles I carried. I wanted calm. I wanted space. I wanted to feel creative again. But I didn’t know where to start.

That’s why I created The Calm Creative Mum.

This space is for the women like me.
The ones who are tired, not broken.
The ones who long to feel like themselves again—not just “mum,” but whole.
The ones who still show up with love, even when their hands shake and their eyes sting.
