I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Anna—a mum, a maker, and a woman who’s learning to live gently after years of grief, recovery, and deep exhaustion. I live with narcolepsy, I’m 99% sober after overcoming stimulant addiction, and I lost my mum when I was just 16. Life has never been linear, but it’s made me softer, more creative, and fiercely committed to showing up—with love—even when things feel hard.

The Calm Creative Mum is a quiet space for tired women who are healing too. Not perfectly. Just honestly. It’s for the mums who are:

  • Holding everything together but craving calm

  • Longing for identity beyond motherhood

  • Worn out, but still deeply loving

  • Looking for simple rituals to reconnect with themselves

Here you’ll find free printable self-care kits, gentle journaling prompts, calming affirmations, creative connection ideas, and space to rest. Sometimes, it’s a quote that hits right. Other times, it’s a few quiet minutes with a pen and a cup of tea.
